In July 2001 David Daniels, a.k.a. Davey D, debuted the "Overdrive Live" television show on OC16. It has become the popular television counterpart of his "Overdrive Live" radio show on KCCNFM100. Over the past couple years it has become Hawaii's top "Music Video" television program, showcasing local artist's songs through music video. Shown state-wide, Overdrive Live has become a great vehicle for artist's exposure and generates more public interest in local music through a new "visual" medium.
